We provide business donors with the ability to manage their Charitable Fund or Foundation grant process in a simple and cost effective way. Working alongside the KindLink Foundation (a registered charitable organisation) allows us to reduce the administrative workload and cost of managing community funds for our corporate partners.

As part of this service we have implemented automated and manual security checks in order to vet charities who have access to the funds. This includes a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated process.

We vet charities on our platform with two separate checks including a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated process. KindLink and our charities use PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Officer, following the Data Protection Act and are already compliant with GDPR regulations.


Prices

Businesses pay monthly and we don't take anything from donations.

KindLink is free to use for charities and supporters. We take pride in the fact that we do not charge a commission for online donations and pass 100% of them to charities. Our prices for business users vary from £9 to a few thousand pounds per month depending on the size of the business (employees) and features used.
