Kisiizi Palliative Care Service

We are excited to share that Kisiizi Hospital has recently started a Palliative Care Service that includes community home visits. The need for these palliative care patients is huge and we are just starting to scratch the surface. We would love you to partner with Kisiizi Hospital to help fill this gap and “bring life in all its fullness” to these patients as they come to the end of their journey on earth. We aim to provide a service that meets the; physical, spiritual, psycho-social and community needs. We are starting to work with community spiritual leaders and Village Health Teams as we expand the service into the community. We need support to help provide free drugs, community support, training and non-medical needs like blankets, clothes etc. We’d love you to give a small amount regularly or to sacrifice a one off gift, so that we can meet these needs. Sacrifice is needed to “bring life in all its fullness” to those around us.
