The Story
I am riding the Hadrians’ Wall route from coast to coast, in aid of Mudlarks, a charity that supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health concerns in Hertford.
It is a 175 mile ride in total, which I was planning to do in three days but training has gone well so I’m going to try and push myself in two.
I am riding from Ravenglass to Carlisle on day 1 (Tuesday 10th September) and from there to South Shield (Wednesday 12th). Give me a wave if you see me on route.
Follow my journey via my instagram @rambling.cyclist and the accompanying podcast.
Thank you for supporting this great cause and bis thanks to my two friends, my support team - Tristan and Alex.

The Mudlarks Community
Mudlarks is a Hertford based charity which supports adults and young people with learning disabilities and mental health concerns. Through supported learning and meaningful work in the community, Mudlarks’ projects help people build confidence and self-worth, and develop important skills.
All of Mudlarks’ projects support local people with learning difficulties and mental health concerns to take a full and active role in our community, and lead more fulfilling lives.
