Story of Remembering Autumn

Forever in our hearts, our beautiful little girl Autumn who taught us so much about what is most important in life. Died suddenly without any warning on 26 January 2018.

Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) is the sudden and unexpected death of a child between 1 and 18 years of age, which remains unexplained after a thorough investigation is conducted. SUDC is a category of death which eludes our scientific understanding today. SUDC UK is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness and funds for research into Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood. 40 children in England and Wales die every year without reason; more young children than to traffic accidents, drowning or fires. The sudden unexplained death of a child is one of the most under-recognised medical tragedies of our time. SUDC UK is proud to link directly with our affiliate the SUDC Foundation for professional bereavement support. SUDC UK is run by volunteers and provides all services at no cost to families or professionals. SUDC UK is a registered charity in England and Wales (charity no 1175413).See other opportunities to help us here.
