Would you buy us a coffee? (June '18)

Here is our updated 5-year funding plan (for running costs and artistic fees, including musicians' wages and venues' hiring), counted in the equivalent of cups of coffee (at an average price of £2.50). ######################## ######################## **Monday Morning Coffee 1 cup of coffee per week or 4 cups of coffee per month (£10 per month, TOTAL: £120) A year’s donations at this level would pay 80% of our photographer’s fee for one of our events. ######################## ######################## **Occasional Coffee 2 cups of coffee per week or 8 cups of coffee per month (£20 per month, TOTAL: £240) A year’s donations at this level would pay the fee for one of our musicians, for one of our events (including all preparation and rehearsals). ######################## ###################### **The Coffee Run 5 cups of coffee per week or 20 cups of coffee per month (£50 per month, TOTAL: £600) A year’s donations at this level would pay the fees for hiring a venue for one of our events, as well as the fee for our marketing editor, and printed material (leaflets, posters, other promotional items, programmes, scores,) for one event. ######################## ######################## **Coffee Addict 7 cups of coffee per week or 28 cups of coffee per month (£70 per month, TOTAL: £840) A year’s donations at this level would pay (at least a big part, if not most of) the commission fee for a collaborator (eg. a composer writing a new piece , a videographer creating multimedia elements, a designer constructing a puppet). ######################## ######################## ****If your preferred donation falls outside the above packages please contact us, and we will tailor a package to suit you. ****If your preferred donation is ’5 cups’ or more, you can request a tri-monthly detailed analysis of how your donation has been used.
