The Story
If you've never done Yoga Nidra before, you're in for a treat! Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a deeply restorative and healing guided meditation practice done lying down in Savasana.
Using a powerful technique, the practitioners are guided to a place between waking and sleeping to access a state of deep and rejuvenating relaxation.
The aim is to harmonise the body through relaxing muscular, emotional and mental tensions. Perfect if you would like to take some time out to relax post-lockdown and before the festive season starts!
During the workshop, we'll cover the following:
Introduction to Yoga Nidra (what it is and where it comes from)
Gentle yoga practice
Yoga Nidra session
Final group sharing and festive greetings
All you need is a mat to lie on and a blanket to keep warm!
