Self Care Sunday - livestream yin workshop 15 November 2020

Join us for a special yin yoga workshop to support Lumi Foundation on Sunday 15 November, 3-5pm. Practising self-care isn't always easy, particularly when most of us are faced with never-ending to do lists and work, family and life commitments. But on Sunday 15 November, we invite you to say 'no' to everyone else and 'YES' to yourself, and to join us for a special workshop which is all about YOU and Lumi Foundation! You'll soothe your body and mind with long, relaxing postures, which help to ease tension and encourage you to rest, reconnect and reset. This livestream workshop allows you to relax from the comfort of your own home. By attending this workshop, all proceeds will go to Lumi Foundation. Please contribute what you can: · £10 would pay for a yoga mat and block · £25 would pay for a teacher to deliver a class · £50 would pay for a weekly Lumi Foundation class · £75 would pay for a workshop from Lumi Foundation · £100 would contribute to a yoga teacher training scholarship for a Lumi Foundation trainee We look forward to seeing you there!
