Sponsoring Molly to run the 2021 London Marathon in memory of her Grandad

On the 21st of December 2018 my Grandad (Baccy) was diagnosed with Mesothelioma which is a terminal form of asbestos cancer. He chose, with the whole families support, to just have pain relief as there was no cure and no guarantee what the result of the clinical trial would be. As a family we was devastated but we followed my Baccy's lead and dealt with it openly and with humour. Sadly, on the 25th of November 2019 we lost him to this cruel disease. He kept his humour right up until the very end and still was making everybody laugh around him. He was the bravest man I have ever met and I feel so lucky that I got to call him my Grandad. I decided to take on the challenge of running the London Marathon in honour of my Grandad as it is giving me the opportunity to raise money for the charity that looked after him. I hope I am making him the proudest Grandad as that is all I want to do, he is still and will always be my hero. This is for you Baccy, I love you x
