Andrew McMurray - Lake Lander Gravel Ride

Like many charities, Head Injury Support provide an invaluable service and resource for the individuals and families that avail of their services. I am undertaking a 100km, with 1,800m of ascent, off road cycle in Fermanagh to raise awareness of this charity and raise some money for them. It will be a long day in the saddle! My own family have been able to avail of both the advice and support by which Head Injury Support offer. My wife, as the result of a climbing accident, now lives with permanent injuries. The outworking’s of a head injury can manifest themselves in many ways, not always in ways that is immediately obvious to those not familiar with the individual in question. Many may seem perfectly able and without physical ailment but face daily challenges and limitations. Head Injury Support provide advice, support, activities and training to many within our community. Many families rely on them. I hope you can make a small donation to this charity in order to ensure that they can continue to work and help those in our society who truly need it.
