We all enjoy walking, running, playing or just taking time to reflect in London’s parks and green spaces. But protecting and enhancing them takes work. There are many volunteers, community groups and organisations across the capital taking the time to keep these special places running. At CPRE London, we work hard to make London a well-planned, greener, climate resilient and nature rich city, which benefits everyone. Our vision is for London to be surrounded by a flourishing Green Belt and full of wonderful green spaces with cooling trees, greener streets that encourage walking and cycling, and well-designed well-served homes to reduce car dependency, so all Londoners can enjoy low-carbon, active and healthy lives.
