The Story

Bingham Primary school and Nursery is a brand-new school which opened to children in September 2022. We are fortunate to have a large outdoor early years area for the children to access and develop their learning, but we are desperate for play equipment. Research shows that outdoor learning boosts confidence, social skills, communication, motivation, physical skills, knowledge and understanding. It has also been found to boost children’s self-esteem, self-confidence, ability to work cooperatively and positive attitude to learning. We are hoping to purchase den building kits, role play dress up outfits, phonics and numeracy interactive play equipment, water play, among other items. If you would like to make a donation towards the cost of these we would be incredibly grateful. Thank you. Community Inclusive Trust

The Community Inclusive Trust (CIT) is an education charity working in partnership with local communities to provide not-for-profit mainstream and special needs education. Our schools enhance the education provision of the communities they serve and improve the life chances of the pupils who attend CIT schools. This is driven and supported by high quality central services and CIT’s in-house specialist SEND training provider, LEARN. The Trust was formed in 2014, founded by two outstanding schools, Grantham Additional Needs Fellowship (GANF) – Ambergate Sports College and Sandon School. Our family of schools now consists of 7 mainstream primaries, 7 special schools (plus another opening in Leicestershire in 2024), and a Teaching Centre – LEARN.
