The Story
This November, I’ll be travelling to Lebanon with our team because I want to do more than simply hear about the challenges people are facing I want to stand alongside them and offer practical support.
For many families living with the effects of conflict and displacement, winter can bring another layer of hardship. Being able to meet people directly, listen to their experiences and remind them that they have not been forgotten is something that matters deeply to me.
I also want this deployment to bring moments of joy, especially for children who have experienced circumstances far beyond their control. Our time with the communities will be about more than providing necessities, it will also be about human connection, kindness and giving children the chance to simply enjoy being children.
I know that travelling to a conflict-affected region comes with risks, but I believe that sometimes helping means being willing to go beyond our comfort zones and be present where support is needed most.
You can be part of this mission from wherever you are. Your donation can help us reach more families and make this deployment possible, while volunteering gives you the opportunity to serve alongside our team on the ground.

Winter Aid for Displaced Families in Lebanon
From 𝟐𝟎–𝟐𝟓 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, our team will be travelling to Lebanon to provide winter support to displaced families, refugee communities and vulnerable households.
The deployment will reach communities in 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐫, including a Palestinian refugee camp and vulnerable Lebanese families.
Each family will receive essential winter support, including a food parcel, hygiene and cleaning kit, and a warm blanket. Food parcels will contain everyday essentials such as rice, lentils, pasta, oil, hummus, fava beans, tuna, cheese and milk powder.
Alongside the aid distributions, the team will conduct family visits and a Fun Day for orphaned children, including games, activities, entertainment and lunch.
