Bangladesh Crisis

This is an urgent appeal as the people of Sylhet need your help. Sadly 80% of Sylhet is now under water and this is only the beginning with more rainfall and floods expected over the coming days. The floods have left 300,000 people stranded, as many people have been forced to leave their homes and villages in a bid to get to safety. Thousands of lives are in danger with no access to food, shelter and basic necessities. At Al Fikr we are raising funds to get food packs to those in need. We currently have volunteers on the ground distributing aid by boat getting to those who have been left stranded by this devastation.
