The Story

Introducing the '25 Challenge' Why 25 you may ask? The number 25 represents the number of families The Freya Foundation currently support so Kelly tried to come up with a challenge that had 25 in it....... Over two weekends in September Kelly and friends will be attempting the following: 2.5km Swim 25km Bike Ride 25km Run The bike ride will be done during the weekend of 17th September '22 (in one go) and the swim and run will be on following weekend 24/25th September '22.

The Freya Foundation To promote physical and mental health and provide relief for children who suffer with pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency (pdh) and their immediate families by a) providing support to the families through funding and advice. b) supporting research into the cure and management of pdh. c) raising public awareness of pdh and educating the public about the condition.
