SANE is a leading UK mental health charity improving quality of life for anyone affected by mental illness. We provides emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including carers, families and friends.
SANE’s vision is to help create a world in which there is no shame or blame surrounding mental illness, which it believes needs to be recognised as one of the greatest challenges facing society and must be treated with the same seriousness as physical health conditions.
We do not receive any government or lottery funding and rely entirely on voluntary donations – your generosity makes all the difference, no matter how small.

Mary’s Meals serves nutritious school meals to children living in some of the world’s poorest countries. The promise of a good meal attracts these hungry children into the classroom, giving them the energy to learn and hope for a better future. We are now feeding 2,279,941 children in 20 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean. Programs are owned and run by the local community and, locally grown food is used wherever possible. The average cost to feed a child for a whole school year is just £15.90. Together we can reach the next hungry child waiting for Mary's Meals!
