Every week, the WiseAgers gather at their social club. It’s more than just a meeting place — it’s where laughter is shared, stories are told, and the wisdom of years is celebrated. They may be older in age, but like teenagers, they carry a sense of fun, energy, and togetherness that lights up the room.
When the devastating floods struck Pakistan, the WiseAgers knew they couldn’t just sit back. Families had lost their homes, children were left without shelter, and entire communities were struggling to survive. So, these remarkable elders decided to act.
With walking sticks in hand and smiles on their faces, the WiseAgers set out on a sponsored walk — determined to raise funds for those in need. They are not only the first to contribute, but also the first to remind us that no matter our age, we can make a difference.

About the Project
WiseAgers is a project of PakTrust.org, a UK-registered charity.
For this Flood Appeal, PakTrust will be working with Aghosh UK, who partner with Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan — one of the largest charities in Pakistan, with substantial resources already deployed on the ground. This partnership ensures that the funds raised will directly reach and support those most in need, with transparency, efficiency, and compassion.
