The Story
In June 2021, the Kashmir International Relief Fund (KIRF) dialysis centre in Jatlan, Mirpur opened with huge support from our kind hearted UK donors, Alhamdullilah. The dialysis centre has gone from strength to strength. In 2022 facilities were complemented by adding dedicated rooms/facilities for patients with hepatis B and hepatitis C. So far, since opening the dialysis centre has undertaken in excess of 3,500 dialysis sessions and this is all down to the UK donors, thank you so much. Allah Azawajal will no doubt make this a great sadqa Jaria for you and your families.
Of course, as you know, dialysis is an ongoing treatment and essential at least twice or three times a week for some patients to stay alive. Through calamities and political upheaval, the Pakistani economy is in freefall, the net effect sending more of its middle-class citizens into poverty and dependent on zakat and sadqa.
PakTrust intends to fund raise £55,000 for ongoing dialysis sessions, each sessions costs approximately Rs 6,500 (£25, foreign exchange rate is fluctuating wildly daily).
We need your continuous help to save these lives, please donate your Zakat, Sadqa and other alms towards this life critical project.
• 1 dialysis session for £25
• 4 dialysis sessions for £100
• 10 dialysis sessions for £250
• 50 dialysis sessions for £1,250
• 100 dialysis sessions for £2,500
It is entirely possible to setup monthly direct debit collections through this link for amount you can afford, though we suggest £50, ie two dialysis sessions.
KIRF dialysis centre also needs further 4 lifesaving dialysis machines, costing £7,000 each. This will make a great sadqa jaria in the name of a loved one as hundreds of patients will benefit every year. You can contribute towards this Sadqa only appeal through this link

And we have been promised by Allah, that when we give away our wealth to save others, it is Allah who will save us and our loved ones in this life and the next. And no matter how much we give, we know directly from the blessed lips of the messenger (saw) that our charity will never reduce our wealth.
So, this Ramadan, please support our life saving work and May Allah SWT bless you all Ameen.
