Over 38 hospitals and health centers have been completely destroyed, leaving thousands without access to medical care. With transportation nearly impossible and the remaining hospitals overwhelmed, Primary Health Care Clinics are a lifeline for displaced families who have nowhere else to turn. To respond to this crisis, we are launching a Community Primary Health Care Clinic to deliver essential medical care to displaced people. Our Goal We aim to establish a Primary Health Care Clinic to ensure care reaches over 20,000 displaced people. The clinic will treat nearly 400 patients every day, offering critical services to those who need it most. The clinic aims to provide primary healthcare services to displaced individuals and returnees to their homes, including: 1. General Primary Care: Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses. 2. Preventive Services: Vaccinations, medical check-ups, and regular follow-ups. 3. Chronic Disease Management. 4. Maternal and Child Health: Prenatal and postnatal care, child check-ups, family planning, and nutritional consultations. 5. Health Education and Community Awareness: Awareness programs on hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
