MASJID CONSTRUCTION

Busamaga is a remote village in Mbale district. The village lacks permanent Masjid structure for prayers. When prayer time comes, the current prayer building accommodates about 30 people, praying at risk because of the bad condition of the building structure. Many people move for long distance from their homes for prayers. Our Muslim brothers and sisters suffer from the narrowness of prayer room space, especially for Friday prayers, Ramadan period, and Eid days (Eid fitr and Eid-Ul-Adha) prayers. They also suffer from harsh weather conditions like too much sunshine and rain. There is an urgent need for a spacious and permanent mosque to exist for performing prayers and other da’wa activities. Having a more spacious mosque in Busamaga village will be a mission to provide a platform for sharing Islamic teachings, Quran and authentic hadiths and Sunnah of prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H). Busamaga Mosque can be a multi-functional building, prayer activities center, and religion and character education while introducing the Islamic culture.
