Emmanuel's London to Brighton bike ride

In September I'm taking on the 55-mile bike ride from London to Brighton to raise money for Lighthouse. The route heads south out of London and through the countryside, then onto the challenge that is the mile-long climb up Ditchling Beacon to the top of the South Downs!
