The Story
David Jones (aka UK Golf Guy) will be walking from St Andrews in Fife to Aberdeen in the north of Scotland to raise money for Kipawa.
It's not the easiest walk as there is no nice path connecting the two but I'm hoping to complete it in about 10 days. My plan is to route the walk so I can play a round at a different course every day as I head north.

Kipawa Trust International
Kipawa is a small Scottish-based charity working with children and families living in poverty in Ruiru in Kenya. They provide more than 150,000 meals every year in two schools, meaning parents are more likely to send their children for an education. And children who are well-fed are happier, healthier and more ready to learn. It costs Kipawa just £30 to feed a child for a whole school year!
Kipawa also provides more intensive support to some of the most vulnerable children in these communities. They provide emergency assistance like food, shelter or medical care to families in crisis. Then they work with the parents - often single mothers - to get stable employment or establish their own small businesses leading to longer-term stability for the whole family.
