Safer Birth in the Jawadhi Hills

We are raising funds to enable CMC to build a labour ward in the tribal area of the Jawadhi Hills. In this rural area it is often dangerous to give birth and it can take over 12 hours to reach medical help. The maternal unit will seek to try to address the high maternal and infant mortality rates there.
