The Story
Edale Stepping Stones Nursery and Childcare Centre (Charity No 1190027) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. In addition to fees and government funding, we rely on charitable donations to allow us to deliver the highest quality childcare. As a CIO we do not make a profit and all funds go back to the centre to benefit the children we care for.
At present our immediate priorities for fundraising are the development of the garden and outdoor space at The Old Winery to create a safe and engaging educational environment for the children. Our 2nd priority project is funding for regular Forest School sessions with Ruth Dixon which will provide the children with a “child centred, inspirational learning process … [that] develops confidence and self esteem through learner inspired, hands-on experiences in a natural setting.”.
