The Story
Our project is to support unpaid carers and their loved ones access better services. This involves liasing with key service providers, identifying and finding solutions to remove barriers, increase cultural awareness and tackle stigma with regards to certain conditions. We need equipment, volunteer support and general support to maintain the service.
