18th Birthday

“Company Three took a kid who was just showing up for the banter and turned him into someone who knows how to step up, lead a room, and throw his entire heart into his work.” - Company Three alumni We’re raising £18,000 for our 18th Birthday to support our 18-year-old members through the Burners Programme - the final stage of their seven-year journey with Company Three. We create a space where young people can come together, be creative and be themselves. Our members join us at 11 and stay until they are 18. Because we’ve been a steady, reliable space over so many years, giving the Burners a thoughtful goodbye really matters. We want to recognise who they’ve become and support their transition into adult life at the moment of huge change. The Burners Programme includes a final residential trip, support with next steps - whether that’s university, work or something else - CV writing support, a farewell performance and a final short at our annual festival.
