The Story
“With roots and tendrils touching just about very village, town and city across the country, an investment in C3’s work has remarkable, seemingly infinite impact. When you can only give a few quid a month, this is the place where you know your money will have the greatest reach.” - C3 Friend
More than ever, teenagers need space to tell their own stories and create their own change.
We work on a regular, long-term basis with our young people, so we need regular, long-term support.
Our C3 Friends support our work with a monthly donation. Every donation is vital to our work, and supports our Theatre Trips, Socials, Turn Up Fund and feeds into the core programme. Your support and advocacy helps us provide spaces for young people to connect in person, improves their experience of C3 and the arts more widely.
By becoming a C3 Friend, you’ll have a direct impact on our work and be closer to the action. You’ll be invited to our appreciation events, have early access booking to our shows, and receive behind-the-scenes updates and news about Company Three’s work.
All our activity - including full-scale, flagship productions; an annual festival of work co-created by local teenagers; a week-long residential with 50 young people; Exchange projects partnering with and sharing practice with other youth theatre groups; Affinity groups and informal fun; theatre trips; and more - is free for young people to take part in.
The C3 Friends fund the activity that makes Company Three a joyful and safe space for our members to connect and make art together. Donations fund theatre trips, social events, and our Turn Up fund, which pays for snacks, taxis and other things which help our young people ‘turn up’ to our work.

Company Three
We give teenagers the power to tell their own stories and create their own change.
Company Three is a leading force for change for teenagers in our local community and around the world.
Working in Islington, North London, we make transformative theatre through long-term collaboration between young people and professional theatre-makers. We work in many local primary and secondary schools, and work regularly with our 75+ members aged 11-19 to make groundbreak plays, which have been performed at the Park theatre, National Theatre, Pleasance, New Diorama Theatre and on the BBC.
We share our practice locally, nationally and internationally. Our blueprints have been used by more than 500 groups in more than 30 countries to co-create work with young people. We have trained hundreds of artists through our training courses.
