The Story
Save Capel would ask you to please donate through the Capel Greenbelt Protection Society (CGPS) to conserve, protect and improve the Green Belt in Capel.
The Save Capel Executive work with the Trustees of CGPS to ensure all any funds raised by Save Capel are spent by the campaign solely for the purpose of Protecting the Greenbelt - by preventing the disproportionate development of the Tudeley and East Capel sites in the Tunbridge Wells Local Plan.
Once Save Capel ceases to exist any remaining funds will be spent on anything in accordance with the charitable purposes of CGPS.

"Very best of luck to you all. What a prospect… 520 homes equals at least 600 more private vehicles on the road plus all the extra commercial vans, deliveries and visitors. A nightmare for the environment particularly for all the wildlife, above and under the ground that will be wiped out. Plus more concrete, tarmac, brickwork and glass to add to global warming. So depressing.p"
