Penicuik Medical Practice are fundraising for the William Reid School

Penicuik Medical Practice is working with Baraka Community Partnerships in Zambia. We hope to raise £2,000 by the end of 2023 to provide essential items for the children of the William Reid School. Funds raised so far, in memory of Dr William Reid, have transformed the school, providing class rooms, teachers offices and housing and two toilet blocks. This is due to the generosity of William's friends and family. Penicuik Medical Practice will support Baraka by providing funding to provide the basic essentials such as notebooks, pens, rulers, text books, and those things we take for granted such as soap and toothbrushes. We have various events planned within the practice over the next year such as bake sales, a quiz night, book sales and more.
