Ramadan 2023 - Food Parcels & Clothes for Palestinian & Syrians!

Asalamualaykum, My name is Usmaan and last year I was part of the As-Siraj Team where we headed to Jordan participate in the name of charity. Alhamdulilah we managed to raise more than £2000 which all went into the charity into helping those at need. This was my first time where I was going boots on the ground and it was a life changing experience to say the least. Seeing how different they lived, especially having not even the basic essentials was the most heart breaking thing to see and to hear stories on what they was going through. It wasn't easy but with your help, we managed to give them a sustainable food parcel which lasts them over a month. We will be visiting Jordan during Ramadan. We will help Palestinian and Syrian refugees and orphans. We will visit refugee camps and provide food packets to those in need, as well as clothing for poor children to celebrate Eid al-Fitr. Palestinian and Syrian refugees are facing significant challenges related to poverty and lack of resources. They struggle to access basic necessities like food and clothing, and their situation can be particularly difficult during Ramadan. The situation of Palestinian and Syrian refugees is indeed very challenging. Many have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict and violence, and are facing significant difficulties related to poverty, displacement, and lack of access to basic resources like food, shelter, and healthcare.
