The Story
Work Skills is a programme created for 18+ year olds. We aim to provide back to work workshops, one to one and group support to enable clients to become job ready and secure employment. These will be delivered by AY Tutors in class sizes of 15 learners. We aim to provide real opportunities for those hardest to reach and place back into employment. In order to deliver these services and help the community, we have created a budget with our anticipated costs. We are looking to raise 45,000; 10,880 of that will go towards hiring tutors and consultants; 10,400 will go towards hiring an advisor or coach; 9,792 for a job broker; 13,500 to hire project manager, finance, & admin; 1,428 for DBS check & regulatory checks for beneficiaries.
