We would like to partner with a business local to each of our London clinics where staff provide the two founder members of the lead team. Lead team members provide oversight of the clinic and organise non-clinic based activities such as outreach to bring in more homeless people, local promotion and volunteer support. They oversee the functional volunteers who cover clinic operations, outreach, funding, partnerships, training and recruitment. Our business partners would release two staff as co-opted founder members for a local leadership team. It involves meetings 4 to 6 times a year and some organising and activity in between. In addition a business could: Promote lay volunteering opportunities amongst staff and retirees to work in the clinic. Promote VCHP as a recipient of employee and retirees matched gifts programme. Provide hospitality for volunteer support event. Hold fundraising challenge events to support their clinic.
