The scale of the coronavirus crisis is unprecedented. Our 32 shops are currently closed. All fundraising events have been cancelled or postponed for the foreseeable future. Because of this, we are expecting a shortfall of £3m in our funding over the next three months. In our 129-year history, we have never faced such a severe challenge. The stark reality is that the future of Trinity’s services is today at stake. We are facing imminent and dramatic cuts to the level of support and care we can offer. We are calling on our supporters and those in our local community today to help ensure our vital services can survive. In the coming months, our doctors and nurses will be needed more than ever as the NHS faces the biggest challenge it has ever seen. The population of 750,000 Londoners for whom we are the only provider of specialist end of life and palliative care will need our support and expertise. We could sell any donations in our shops once we reopen. - Equally, perhaps you've had a cancelled event and have surplus decorations, crockery or display items? We could sell these in our shops once we reopen. Our shops will be lifeline for us in the latter half of the year in order to recoup some of our losses, and so any stock donations you can support us with would be greatly appreciated to help us maximise our sales.
