What to expect from a conversation with us: We’ll ask you about your situation We’ll need to ask you about what’s going on in your life so we can understand your circumstances. You don’t have to share anything with us you’re uncomfortable about telling us. We’ll talk about your options with you It might be that you’re not being delivered a service you’re entitled to, or there might be services in your area you weren’t aware of – in which case we’ll point you in the right direction, refer you to an appropriate service, and even advocate for you. If signposting can’t help you then we’ll talk to you about how the Rees Foundation can. We’ll keep in touch We’ll follow up in the future with you to make sure that everything’s working out alright for you. We’ll be more than happy to help you if you need additional support!
