Nigerian Community Leeds (NCL) was established in 1998 and exists to support the advancement of education, enterprise and promotion of racial harmony. It became a registered charity in 2009.
There is a pressing need to have a focal point for the convergence of Nigerians in the City of Leeds to share their richly and
diverse cultural heritage with other Leeds residents. Unfortunately, NCL still
has no operational base after 18 years
We want to establish Nigeria House Leeds, a thriving centre for charitable activities and social entrepreneurial services within three years. The first phase of the building project will cost £100,000 – to enable us acquire and furnish a property to enable us to undertake charitable and entrepreneurial activities
