This is our latest major project - to fund a borehole to provide a source of clean water for the children at the school (STNPS) and the immediate area, including St George Hope Health Centre (SGHHC). Currently, the children have to travel up to 2 miles and carry heavy water cans back to the school. The provision of a continuous safe water supply would have obvious health benefits, and would also allow the children to devote more time to learning.
