Believe it or not, I often sleep outside in winter for fun! But I have good outdoor gear, a warm home to go back to, and no-one moves me on, or destroys my tent, or pepper-sprays me. I can't begin to comprehend what this must be like, day after day, week after week, with no end in sight. But at least I can try and do what I can for those for whom this is a terrible reality.
