The Role As Videographer, you’ll be a central part of this new video production team. This is a highly varied role and you’ll have great skills not only in terms of video production, but also in managing a wide portfolio of projects and stakeholders. Core responsibilities will include: • Plan, produce, record, mix and edit audio and graphics for video production • Filming in the studios, on location • Concept development and scripting through animation and video. • Use of video as digital content via a range of social media channels • Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to ensure videos and contents meet with our strategic, marketing and organisational objectives. • Setting and agreeing realistic project deadlines to ensure successful outcomes • Repurpose video content for distribution on multiple channels • Devising best practice for video advertising across the main social channels • Provide detailed briefs to ensure final content can be created from footage supplied • Completing additional duties as assigned Necessary, though training will be provided • A range of visual skills and awareness of industry trends • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite • Enhanced video production including filming, lighting techniques, audio recording, composition, formatting, animation, editing, motion graphics and post production We’re committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, views and skills, embracing our key values.
