The first crop of coffee in our Honduras Project is ready for harvest! And what an abundant harvest it is! Three years ago, we supported a number of families with coffee seedlings and the necessary training to grow them, and now the first results are being see. We need to continue supporting these growers to allow them to develop a small coffee processing structure to allow them to work with a local cooperative for marketing at a fair price.
