The St Albans District Foodbank have released their Reverse Advent Calendar for 2022. Christmas is such a difficult time for many, and small donations can go a long way, whether this be money or food.

Donating just a small amount each day in the lead up to Christmas can make a huge difference. Please take a look at the calendar and if you can spare any of the food mentioned please bring it into the St Albans office and put it into the donations box, which is in the main reception.

What if you could help change the lives of homeless people, and children and adults receiving end-of-life care in a hospice, just by getting dressed in the morning?

Well, this year you can. On Thursday 15th December (or any day that suits) rock your Christmas Jumper for CRASHmas Jumper Day and together we can help make a difference.

Whether you’re at home, on-site or in the office, dust off your Christmas jumper, wear something festively red and download the CRASHmas Teams background, so that you can help raise vital funds for CRASH.
