In 2027, members of Greater London North Scouts have the incredible chance to attend the 26th World Scout Jamboree in Poland — a once-in-a-lifetime experience bringing together tens of thousands of young people from across the world. To help make this possible, we’re running a Lucky Lottery. 🎟 Tickets cost £5 each 🍀 Each ticket gives you 7 chances to win £100 Across our two units, we need to raise £112,000 so that all 72 young people and 8 leaders can take part. How the Lucky Lottery works - Draws take place monthly from 20 February to 20 August 2027 - Winning tickets are re-entered for all subsequent draws - Winners will be notified by email and published at gln-scouts.org.uk/26th-wsj The World Scout Jamboree is about far more than camping. It’s about building international friendships, learning new skills, experiencing different cultures, and discovering how young people can work together to make a positive difference in the world. Scouts aged 14–17 from almost every country attend, and the experience stays with them for life. Funds raised through the Lucky Lottery will go towards travel, accommodation, activities, and a contribution to the global Jamboree solidarity fund, which helps Scouts from less-advantaged backgrounds attend too.
